Last year March Ahimsa-Ka established Dili Ashthanga Yoga, and it will continue for this year with a similar schedule. The early morning classes either at Ocean View or Dili Wellness both serve as the back bone for all the other yoga classes . Though any class can be followed as a stand alonealone, the complete yoga schedule is fabricated to create a more complete yoga practice and understanding.
The Tuesday and Thursday morning can be used for a Mysore style approach, the weekend early morning classes for a LED style class, the other days are an hybrid of this 2 styles.
The late weekend morning classes and Tuesday lunch class are ideal for a gentle flow with equal focus on strengthening, lengthening, activation and relaxation.
